Camp Integrity in Kabul, Afghanistan was widely reported to have come under heavy attack by insurgents on Friday, leaving one American serviceman dead and many wounded.

The attack was believed to have started with a truck bomb outside the facility. The Pentagon now says that insurgents actually made it inside the compound where a firefight broke out.
