The crowd gathered in Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland to witness the GOP debate Thursday night certainly was familiar with Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who received enthusiastic applause from the audience. Just before the debate, Bill O’Reilly of Fox News’ “The O’Reilly Factor” seemed to think that Kasich desperately needed to make himself visible on stage, because why?
I think O'Reilly just said about @JohnKasich "Nobody knows who the douche you are." If that wasn't it, what DID he say? Anyone catch it?
