'I love you all madly': Eric Holder closes attorney general career with declaration of love

One has to look all the way back to last September to relive the thrill of former Attorney General Eric Holder announcing his eagerly anticipated retirement after racking up five and a half years of scandals. A farewell ceremony this February featured the unveiling of Holder’s official portrait, a surprise performance by Aretha Franklin, and the declaration by a teary-eyed President Obama that “America has become a better country.”
