An article published by Ashe Schow in the Washington Examiner Wednesday has Fox News Channel Senior Political Analyst Brit Hume wondering if the writer of Rolling Stone’s debunked gang-rape story has ever corroborated a story.

Schow writes that RedState’s Leon H. Wolf examined another piece by Erdely called “The Rape of Petty Officer Blumer.” Wolf notes that Erdely apparently made no attempt to contact members of the military involved in investigating the case.

The Federalist’s Mollie Hemmingway also notes that Erdely seems to begin every piece the same way: with an accounting of her main source’s experience written as if Erdely had witnessed it herself.
