Former Steelers quarterback Kordell Stewart officially announced his retirement from the NFL, after not playing a single down since the 2005 season.

One has to wonder what kind of “closure” he was looking for.

Stewart has been known as of late for his work as an analyst for ESPN, making sporadic appearances on First Take and NFL Live. Michigan Wolverine fans also know him for being the one who threw the 64-yard Hail Mary to give Colorado a shocking win in Ann Arbor in 1994.
