'Not a chance': Reason Obama hasn't commented on killing of US general met with skepticism

U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Harold Greene was killed in Kabul, Afghanistan after a man reported to be an Afghan soldier opened fire at a training facility. Many others were wounded in the attack.
