A 'small symbolic victory': Lois Lerner held in contempt of Congress

The House of Representatives Wednesday voted 231–187 to hold former IRS official Lois Lerner in contempt of Congress.

The House also voted 250–168 to demand the Justice Department appoint a special counsel to investigate IRS targeting of conservative groups.
