What would give people the idea that Donald Trump thinks Jimmy Carter is dead? It probably has something to do with Trump referring to the “late, great” Jimmy Carter in his speech at CPAC on Thursday.
It turns out Trump was just being sarcastic, and not just about the “great” part.
