We’re not quite sure what algorithm Twitter uses to decide whom it suggests you follow, but it could use some fine tuning. Quite a few people are finding Twitter recommending that they follow actor Paul Walker, who died in a tragic car accident a week ago. To be fair, “Team PW” still issues tweets from the account, but some find the idea morbid or just plain weird.
