David Axelrod Took a Jab at Trump's Red Carpet Treatment for Xi and Accidentally KO'd Obama Instead

Just the other day, Barack Obama lamented all the division in the United States without any pangs of self-awareness whatsoever:

Obama laments the divisions in the country:

"We are rife with divisions and our democracy seems broken."

"We have gone through times like this before. I believe we can get out of them."

Yep, that's the same Obama who urged people to "get in the face" of their neighbors who weren't Democrats. Obama speaking out against division is like listening to an arsonist complaining about all the fires. 

The former president's chutzpah obviously rubbed off on his ex adviser, David Axelrod, who had this to say about President Trump hosting Chinese President Xi Jinping:

We also recall Obama sucking up to Russia's Dmitri Medvedev with his "I'll have more flexibility after the election" hot mic remark. Medvedev assured Obama he'd "transmit this information to Vladimir."
