Many Democrats have tried to make their case against Donald Trump via graphs, and it doesn't usually go very well.
One recent notorious example is when the DNC posted this classic:
In their haste to own Trump, the DNC didn't bother to read the years at the bottom of the graph.
There's another one going around this week that Gavin Newsom, a likely Democrat presidential candidate in 2028, has pinned on Trump:

Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas letting millions and millions of people illegally stroll into the U.S. helped cause that increase as well. And it will happen again if a Democrat ends up back in the White House.
