That man was a rock and he was not moving.

The defense attorney is asking for the State Supreme Court to remove the juror who won't vote with the rest.

The State Supreme Judicial Court could decide to stay the mistrial. Time will tell.

Reddington is the defense attorney. He wants the lone holdout replaced because he sees his 'Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity' within his grasp.

Apparently, those in the know about Massachusetts law saw this coming.

Well, it seems this case is never ending so it might not be a bad idea.

Apparently, the defense also wants this jury to come back on Saturday and that isn't sitting well with the judge. The jurors probably aren't too thrilled either.

Just kidding. It will never be over.

Time will tell.
