An Oregon judge decided that time served (75 days) was enough punishment for a 19-year-old who pleaded guilty to manufacturing two explosive devices to use against ICE, and who also hoped that launching an attack on federal officers would show his seriousness and inspire others to join his "Cascadia Rangers" militia.
Rayden Coleman just got 0 jail time for plotting to blow up ICE agents after a sweetheart plea deal approved by Oregon judge Michael T. Clarke.

KPTV in St. Helens, Oregon, reports:
Rayden Tanner Coleman, 19, of Columbia City, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Columbia County Circuit Court to two counts of unlawful manufacture of a destructive device, a Class C felony.
Under a plea agreement, Judge Michael T. Clarke sentenced Coleman to 36 months of supervised probation and ordered him to serve 75 days in jail, with credit for time already served. The state dismissed 13 other charges, including domestic terrorism in the second degree, attempt to commit a Class B felony, and multiple counts of possessing destructive devices.
…
In interviews with police, Coleman allegedly admitted to planning attacks on federal officers and revealed he was buying an AR-style rifle from a local dealer through monthly installments, police said. Coleman allegedly acknowledged making statements about killing officers but claimed some of the comments were made in anger.
In his plea petition, Coleman wrote, “I unlawfully and knowingly assembled, produced, or manufactured two destructive devices.”

And the judge let him walk. Well, he did have to pay $550 in court fines and fees. Sure, he built explosives and made statements about killing federal officers, but some of those comments "were made in anger."
Where are the federal charges?

Are similar plea deals also available for those plotting to blow up prosecutors and judges? If not, why?

Criminals walk while others can go to jail for praying outside an abortion clinic. America has fallen.

Weather underground committed domestic terrorism and they locked them up only for Clinton to pardon them. Then they got professor gigs at colleges
We need actual justice reform, a cleared house
How is it that every judge today is a leftist plant and supports criminals?

Are we seeing sleeper cell judges?
All you have to say is “OREGON.”

I guess when they told us white domestic terrorists are the biggest threat to the country, they didn’t mean this guy.

Oregon? Are you surprised? This is the same city that supports Antifa.

Plot to blow up ICE agents, serve 75 days. The justice system has officially become satire. 🤡

Plotting to blow up ICE agents and walking away with just 75 days in jail. A complete slap on the wrist from a soft-on-crime judge.

The two-tiered justice system protects radicals while law enforcement gets left out to dry.
Nineteen-year-old white guy … buying an AR-15 … building bombs … hoping to start his own militia. Normally, that would set off alarm bells, but this guy's a leftist, so it's all good.
