With Democrats like New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, we're always smack-dab in the middle of projection season.

Just to keep it close to home for the governor, here's a reminder of what he pal, NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani posted just a few years ago:

That's not at all unclear, yet Hochul had the nerve to lob this accusation at President Trump:

. @GovKathyHochul is manufacturing a funding crisis despite New York sitting on more than $300 million in UNSPENT federal homeland security funding. 

For more than two decades, New York traditionally received funding allocations significantly ABOVE risk-based formulas, allowing them to rake in MORE money than other states. 

Instead of falsely accusing President Trump of defunding law enforcement, Governor Hochul and @NYCMayor should answer a much simpler question: Why is New York demanding even more taxpayer money when it has failed to spend hundreds of millions of dollars already provided to protect its communities?

"Kathy Hochul is lying" are the most believable words ever. 

As we already know, lying is what Hochul does on a regular basis.
