After four years of Biden administration open borders, ICE is continuing to clean up the mess that was caused by the Democrats' attempt to import voters by the millions.
"No one is above the law" used to be the Democrat and media mantra, but not anymore.
The Washington Post is among media outlets continuing to try and help the Dems spin what's happening now that immigration laws are being enforced instead of ignored. This is the WaPo's latest effort:

Nice try, but if they're deemed to have been in the country illegally, then they have committed a crime.
So the story is that ICE had taken 300,000 criminals off the street so they can no longer harm Americans. Sounds pretty good.

So more that 60% had criminal records! In addition to the crime of illegal entry, these folks managed to commit and be convicted of new crimes. No wonder crime rates are falling fast, 300,000 fewer criminals roaming our streets.

Another way to look at the Post's shameless spin is that 300,000 of those ICE has arrested had prior criminal records and if the Dems and media had their way all those people would still be on the streets of U.S. cities.
