Bernie Sanders, AOC and other leftists are still fighting the oligarchy (or "oli-gocky" as Sanders says it). At times they participate in that fight from on board private chartered jets, because you can't do battle with the oligarchy unless you're on the same level they are.
Sanders would like everybody to believe that his fight against the oligarchy is relatively new because the problem, according to him, is getting worse, but he has in fact been spending decades saying the exact same thing. The only part of Sanders' script that seems to have changed a bit happened because Sanders became a millionaire, which is when the word disappeared from his slams on the rich.
