No one is really commercially harvesting strawberries in 110° heat. Because they don't thrive in heat much above 90°
Fruit is harvested in the morning before the peak of the day. Strawberries are harvested primarily in late spring and early summer or earlier in the south. Nobody is actually harvesting strawberries in 110° heat.
Strawberries are mostly a winter fruit, moron.
