You probably remember a social media post from former FBI Director and seashell formation enthusiast James Comey early last year that has gotten him in some hot water with the DOJ.
Comey quickly said he deleted the post after having claimed to have just stumbled across "8647" written in shells on the sand.
Comey has deleted his shells post. He didn’t know what that meant.

Comey claimed to have just stumbled upon that and also had no idea what the message could mean at the time he posted it.
Fast forward more than a year, and a new DOJ filing has more information showing something that won't surprise you: Comey wasn't being honest.
Some hilarious stuff in latest DOJ filing in Jim Comey seashell case. It appears Jim and his wife, Patrice (who had attended the Women's March in DC with their daughters after Trump was inaugurated in 2017) set up the entire stunt. She even Googled the slang definition for "86"… pic.twitter.com/d8ddPWhLjz

That's the same former FBI director who was always trying to convince people that Trump's a liar.
A relative of Patrice's texted her shortly after Comey posted the shell formation on Instagram. This relative became part of the case... pic.twitter.com/tAv5dJiIic

Even Comey's wife was in on it, apparently.
Comey wrote a book called FDR where the protagonist does the same thing he did
