Nothing to see here. Just another wholesome family outing at the Wisconsin State Fair turned into pure mayhem on its final night, as groups of young people launched into widespread brawls that left officers taking punches and parents grabbing their kids to flee the chaos near the rides.
Group of teens sounds a lot like a gang ... there's a reason.

Because we've allowed our country to reach this level of social ROT.
