Attorneys General From Three States Subpoena Anthony Fauci

As Twitchy reported on Thursday, the Senate Homeland Security & Government Accountability Committee voted 8-5 to refer Dr. Anthony Fauci to the DOJ for criminal contempt of Congress. As you know, Fauci invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination 111 times during last week's hearing, refusing even to answer questions about the tie he was wearing.

Fox News reports that three states are getting in on the action. Attorneys general from Florida, Louisiana, and West Virginia have subpoenaed Fauci. That's going to make his wife even more grouchy.

That's a safe bet.

President Joe Biden's blanket federal pardon of Fauci on his way out the door doesn't protect him from state charges.

Unfortunately, we have to agree. Fauci's a slippery eel. He won't appear for any of them and won't be held accountable.
