The White House Correspondents’ Dinner is Saturday, and President Donald Trump is set to attend for the first time in either of his terms. Several ‘journalists’ are refusing to attend or are childishly planning to protest Trump silently in person that night. On Friday, Democrat consultant Paul Begala claimed on CNN that Trump is censoring members of the press. That’s when Republican commentator Scott Jennings challenged him on-air to name one ‘journalist’ who is being stopped from criticizing Trump.
Jennings smirked and goaded Begala while watching him rant and rave without naming a single one. (WATCH)
Paul Begala goes on rant about Trump censoring journalists and attacking the First Amendment.@ScottJenningsKY issued a simple challenge to which Begala had no answer:

“Name a single journalist who right now is incapable of speaking negatively about Donald Trump." pic.twitter.com/E39BXy4l6D
Bold claim, zero examples.

It’s almost as if all this so-called ‘censorship’ is imagined and not real.
Posters say the reason it’s so hard to name one is that there are none.
None of them can ever answer questions or give examples or proof of their claims. They're pitiful excuses for journalists, no they're embarrassing excuses for journalists which is why they will go down in history as fake, lying traitors of Americans.

I wish Jennings pressed him on that: Name the names of the journalists Trump is preventing from criticizing him.

Just name all of these silenced voices (sniff) yearning to speak freely.
Crickets from Kaitlan. Of course. This is CNN.

Trump is not responsible for her self-imposed silence.
Commenters note that Trump suing publications and television studios doesn’t equate to censorship for very obvious reasons.
Free speech doesn't exempt a journalist from being sued for libel.

How many Presidents personally answer phone calls from journalists?

‘Journalists’ and their fellow Democrats ridiculously try to maintain that Trump is anti-free press while simultaneously being the most press accessible President ever.
Many posters say they will always laugh when they see Begala because of the late Rush Limbaugh.
Remember when Rush used to call him The forehead. 🤡

That’s the forehead dude! 🤣

The forehead is so pathetic

Begala has a towering forehead with an impenetrable, thick skull to match.
