Democrat Eric Swalwell fears that the FBI will soon release files related to an investigation into him and a suspected Communist Chinese spy from a decade ago. Swalwell claims he’s been cleared of any wrongdoing and that FBI Director Kash Patel and President Donald Trump are out to get him and ruin his chances of being elected as California’s next governor. He says don’t trust the FBI. However, he was whistling a different tune three years ago. Back then, he claimed the FBI needed to be trusted to back up his claims of innocence. Oopsie!

Seems fair to us. The FBI has Swalwell’s seal of approval, after all.
Posters say Swalwell is a target of espionage because he has access to so much important information. If he wants to be trusted, then the public needs to see his FBI files.
He sat on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and is presently on the House Committee on Homeland Security.
