She is referencing Republican Congressman Steve Scalise, who we remember was targeted and shot by a crazed Democratic terrorist a few years back.
But let's just pause for a moment and remember that this is the Democratic party. Also, let's not forget that the sitting president spoke at Robert C. Byrd's funeral, a literal KKK leader who was a Democratic senator for 51 years, calling him a friend and a mentor.
