Presidential candidate Roseanne Barr not too familiar with what the president does

Heh. Does Roseanne think the president has the power to introduce constitutional amendments? Or is she just kinda hoping?

Roseanne’s knowledge of executive powers aside, reintroduction of the ERA would hardly be a groundbreaking act of feminist courage. It’s been introduced in every session of Congress since 1982.
