President Obama’s Syria speech was underwhelming in convincing anyone about whatever position the administration might have at the moment, which undoubtedly will change in the next hour. Fox News did a great job of compiling all the conflicting statements from Obama and his various spokespeople as his foreign policy goes down in flames.
