Lieberman: Obama should be held accountable for scandals

While Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman said on ‘FOX News Sunday’ that President Barack Obama is not responsible for the General Services Administration and Secret Service scandals, he did say that Obama should be held accountable for them.
