Remember when Major League Baseball pulled the All-Star Game from Georgia in protest of all of those new laws that would make it harder for people to vote in Georgia? Production companies threatened to pull their TV shows and movies from the state. It was a big deal.
Now, TMZ Live — “TMZ.com’s one-hour daily entertainment news program” — has had gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams on as a guest to talk about those “laws making it harder for folks to vote.” There’s a threat to democracy!
