Here’s a pretty entertaining clip from Roland S. Martin on MSNBC talking about President Joe Biden’s prime-time speech Thursday night. We’re guessing this is from Saturday morning because he mentions Biden walking it back a bit. It’s an entertaining watch — Martin shows off his red LED lighting that made Biden look as if he were speaking from Dante’s Inferno. He then says the usual liberal mumbo-jumbo about MAGA Republicans being evil and how the Left is on “war footing,” and when you’re on a war footing, you have to respond accordingly. The optics for Biden’s speech were horrible, and the speech was horrible: As someone mentioned, why didn’t he spend 25 minutes talking about the progress his administration has made? But the most fervent liberals insist it was essential that he finally call out this evil that threatens our very democracy.
Hang on at least to the part where he imitates conservatives crying about being called fascists, because liberals never cry about being called names (or being misgendered).
