You can argue that Kyle Rittenhouse shouldn’t have been where he was, but then again, all of the people burning down businesses in Kenosha should have been there either … how many of them set the neighborhoods they live in on fire? People who are anxious to see Rittenhouse found guilty always have a list of offenses, and one of them, curiously, is that Rittenhouse crossed state lines to be in Kenosha. (We told you about the progressive who started a petition to have the *Illinois State House* remove the judge from the case.)
Glenn Greenwald puts it as well as any: who knew that crossing state lines was such a transgressive act?

FYI to commenters: Antioch is literally on the state line. His dad, grandpa. Aunt and cousins lived in Kenosha. He had lived with his dad there. Most of his friends lived in Kenosha. He worked there. He went there everyday. The gun didn't leave WI prior to that day.

The kid worked in Kenosha and his father lived there. It is like a 35 min drive from his home. These are literally the same people who could care less about who comes across our southern border.

I live just over the border of another state (about 20 miles) and I don’t have to pass through border security to get there. No one makes a big deal out of it. I shop there, eat there, even my local tv channels are out of there. We even share weather! 😂
