Arizona GOP chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward says a female employee of American Airlines at Phoenix’s Sky Harbor airport called her a “b*tch” today:
Just got called a b*tch by a not nice “lady” working at @AmericanAir check in at Sky Harbor. Nice. Real nice.

Ward also said the unidentified woman told her to fly Southwest instead:
She also told me she wishes I wouldn’t fly American. And pointed to Southwest across the way. #CustomerServuce is dead.

American Airlines asked Ward for more information on the incident:
Goodness, that isn't something we like to hear. Please DM more details on what's happening at the airport.
