A lot of people are suggesting that billionaire Michael Bloomberg is jumping into the 2020 race just to burn some of his money to be a spoiler for Donald Trump. Or, maybe he actually thinks he can win — he’s purchased a ton of advertising, leading Elizabeth Warren to accuse him of trying to buy the election.
