Amtrak announced it has canceled all scheduled rail service between Philadelphia and New York City after tonight’s catastrophic derailment.
Unfortunately, the website is down and families and travelers seeking information are at a loss. Many Twitter users believe the Amtrak response so far has been underwhelming:

@Amtrak waited 30 mins to speak to an agent in regards to this matter. agent was shockingly rude. is this how you treat your patrons? geez
