Yep. As Twitchy reported, a judge invalidated Nanny Bloomberg’s super-sized soda ban as ‘arbitrary and capricious.’ This Summer, there was a Million Gulp March wherein New Yorkers told Mayor Bloomberg to stick that in his straw and suck it. Hemmer continued that sentiment yesterday, in celebration of the news.
