After, I retweeted those two tweets about states advertising Medicaid for illegals, I was told I needed to educate myself of the difference between federal dollars and state dollars. The fact is, I am well aware of the difference, but I am also well aware of the ways duplicitous states take that federal money and use it for illegals.

So, yes, those are state programs, indeed. They are state programs largely funded by federal dollars. So, yes, the federal government isn't actually spending money giving healthcare to illegals. They send it to the state and the state launders it.
