He’s not a scientist, but Bill Nye plays one on TV.
Still, people look to him as an expert on things like climate change. More accurately they look to him as a known media figure who will affirm their beliefs with the illusion of authority that sometimes accompanies fame.
Meteorologist Joe Bastardi isn’t buying it though.
