Earlier today Twitchy reported on CNN’s Don Lemon going off the rails interviewing a woman accusing Bill Cosby of rape. ‘Appalling douche.’ Don Lemon to Cosby rape accuser: Why not use your ‘teeth’ as a ‘weapon’ to prevent forced oral sex? That was definitely out of line but there seems to be a double standard at work for Cosby himself. Is there a rush to judgement on the veracity of the rape charges? If so, why didn’t the same thing happen when President Bill Clinton was accused of rape?
Clinton got a pass from Democrats, the media (redundant, we know), even the left wing feminist groups gave him cover when women accused him of sexual harassment or even rape. Not so with men like Justice Clarence Thomas, Herman Cain, and now Bill Cosby. Why is that? Is it their race? Their politics? Both?
