It started a few days ago as a live chat on politics with The Baltimore Sun.
Submit your politics questions for @ErinatTheSun & @michaeltdresser now. Live chat starts at noon. http://t.co/R3cUQNlPNI

@baltimoresun @erinatthesun @michaeltdresser in spite of the long record of democratic politicians, is it beyond you to interview @dbongino?
— susan marie (@smtrinter) June 11, 2014
A good question. In a state as far left as Maryland, the media often doesn’t feel obligated to even go through the motions covering Republican politics.
@smtrinter Thanks, Susan. We added your question to the live chat's queue.

The question was never really addressed until today when Maryland State House correspondent Michael Dresser chimed in to pass the buck.
@smtrinter john fritze covers the congressional delegation. I don't self-assign.
— Michael Dresser (@michaeltdresser) June 15, 2014
@michaeltdresser the question. remains, why does Sun not cover congressional candidate @dbongino ?
— susan marie (@smtrinter) June 15, 2014
@dbongino if you are feeling ignored by The Sun, feel free to contact me at work. This is not the place to resolve this
— Michael Dresser (@michaeltdresser) June 15, 2014
.@michaeltdresser not the place? Sadly, neither is The Sun as your coverage has been non-existent except for hit-piece editorials.
— Dan Bongino (@dbongino) June 16, 2014
@michaeltdresser @smtrinter it doesn't matter,we moved on a long time ago.We never expected The Sun to give us fair coverage.

The old media is an obstacle to be circumvented.
