Wow, the Obama administration’s “improvements” to the HealthCare.gov Obamacare marketplace are really coming along swimmingly.

Americans are being greeted by a message that announces “success.” Sure, it’s just the word “success” in the title or URL of a blank page, but, you know, baby steps.
