Is President Obama sure he wants to go there?

It’s day 5 of the Obamacare rollout and the glitch-fest continues. Although HealthCare.gov site was scheduled for maintenance this weekend, people searching for health insurance options are having trouble finding the promised “improvements.”
It’s hard to sign up for Obamacare when the federal government won’t even acknowledge you exist.

Identity verification has been an ongoing problem since the October 1 debut of the health insurance marketplace.
So now I wait a couple of days to call Experian for #aca identity verification. NO GO! Experian says SocSec says I'm DEAD! CRAZY! (I think)

Tried & failed to confirm my identity on http://t.co/IaFIE4vMHf. Called the Experian hotline & was told to hang-up because of call volume.

@HealthCareGov I've pretty much given up. It won't let me verify my identity and the ppl on the phone can't find my account
— Christia W Goodman (@ChristiaG1987) October 4, 2013
@HealthCareGov How do you check messages? You have a notice available about your identity verification.. Where???
— Michael Jones (@michaelljones2) October 5, 2013
@HealthCareGov Finally got an account created this morning but the system then could not verify my identity. This system needs WORK!
— John H Burlison (@BlackBag1) October 4, 2013
To verify your identity, the system connects to an outside database. If it glitches during your session, your verification fails.
