This week, Access Hollywood interviewed actor Scott Baio about his support for GOP candidate Mitt Romney and life as a Republican in Hollywood.

The former “Happy Days” and “Charles in Charge” star said, “I believe in Governor Romney for a lot of different reasons,” and described himself as a “big Reagan guy.” He also defended actress Stacey Dash from the racist hate and death wishes hurled her way after she tweeted her support for Romney.
“I don’t think anybody should bash anybody for what they believe. I have my beliefs, you have yours,” he said. “Just leave her alone, let her say what she wants to say. Freedom of speech.”
Adding, “I don’t know why they’re beating [Stacey] up the way they are – I really don’t.”
As the Access Hollywood interview made the rounds, Baio noted that liberal values clearly don’t include “peace, love, equality, & tolerance for ALL.” Conservatives tweeted their agreement.

@ScottBaio @Slim_Tito It's such a nasty ideology, kudos to Scott for sticking to his Principles something progressivism is lacking.

Baio stars in a new comedy called “See Dad Run.” The oh-so-tolerant Left might not be tuning in, but others are thrilled Baio is an out and proud Republican actor.
