NOT GOOD: Watch a lost driver accidentally defeat Miami Beach anti-terror barriers

A local resident captured the moment a car was able to get past anti-terror barriers set up on pedestrian-only Lincoln Road in Miami’s South Beach and casually drive by as diners enjoying a meal watched in amazement. Check it out:
