After Donald Trump’s speech today in Poland, CNN’s Jim Acosta and Sara Murray and NBC’s Katy Tur all called out the president for saying that only “3 or 4” intelligence agencies had determined that Russia had meddled in the 2016 election. It seems that all 3 reporters missed that the “17 agencies” narrative was corrected by the New York Times, the Washington Post and other media outlets.
Katy Tur deleted her tweet:
Both NYTimes and AP corrected the claim that 17 agencies concluded this. Last week. See: https://t.co/2yLDkJu8MChttps://t.co/wbwdKHjNaG https://t.co/y9bqB6X3GJ

There’s been no correction as of the publishing of this post.
Jim Acosta made his gaffe on air and like Tur above, has yet to correct on Twitter:

Only Sara Murray did the right thing and admitted her error:
In response to many of you – yes, you are right that Clapper clarified not all 17 intel agencies contributed to that Russia report
— Sara Murray (@SaraMurray) July 6, 2017
Clapper said 3 agencies + his office directly contributed: https://t.co/uDcclzKmtc https://t.co/5lEgqekILE

And it’s not even 9:30 am yet.
