Here’s Bloomberg’s Mark Halperin and John Heilemann interviewing “Will McAvoy,” the faux anchor played by Jeff Daniels in HBO’s cancelled political/media drama, “The Newsroom.” We really don’t know what’s worse — that they interviewed him in the first place or that his take on Trump vs. Clinton where he says Clinton is beatable and that Trump will be a strong general election candidate actually makes sense.
