Scott Walker endorses Ted Cruz: 'a principled constitutional conservative who can win'

Donald Trump issued a prebuttal tweet yesterday in anticipation of today’s news:

Also yesterday, Trump attempted to blame TIME magazine for budget numbers he cited while trashing Walker as governor of Wisconsin. That seems to be wrong, too:
