Get the popcorn ladies and gents, it looks like we just might have a Democratic primary race after all.
Former Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley sat down with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos this morning and gauging from the reaction, it certainly sounds like he’s about to challenge Hillary Clinton for the 2016 nomination:
O'Malley: The presidency of the United States isn't a crown to be passed between two families. on @ThisWeekABC

George doing great with OMalley. He works best with in studio guests. Martin holding his own with first big interview.

O'Malley on earlier support of @HillaryClinton: I certainly believed for those times…I believe new perspectives are needed. @ThisWeekABC

O'Malley: Dodging question on polls but says "front runner is inevitable, until it's not inevitable."
— Robert Lang WBAL (@Reporterroblang) March 29, 2015
The Clinton team isn't screaming bloody murder at O'Malley. They're screaming at every booker they know.

But not everybody is sold quite yet, especially after an answer naming climate change a greater threat than a nuclear Iran or ISIS:
Definite stumble by O'Malley on that foreign policy question. #ThisWeek

Martin O'Malley eliminated himself as a credible pres. candidate in first big interview. Stumbled terribly when asked U.S. biggest threat.

With a Sunni-Shiite regional war a real possibility right now, maybe climate change isn’t the best answer — although it probably is what libs want to hear:
@ThisWeekABC @GovernorOMalley OMalley you need polish up about your message now I know you want say climatechange 1stbutyouwaverhavebackbone
