Oops: White House says David Axelrod supports epilepsy

The White House is very fond of tweeting photos … of President Obama (see, e.g., here and here). Monday morning, it tweeted a photo of a smiling Obama watching a video of David Axelrod shaving his mustache “in support of epilepsy.” As Twitchy reported earlier, Mr. Axelrod shaved his mustache to raise money for epilepsy research. The White House seems to have left out the word “research.”

Given the Administration’s recent spelling mishaps, we should probably assume the White House made a mistake, not that Axelrod is trying to promote epilepsy.
