Nobody panders quite like Democrats who are running for office, and they're only topped by DSA candidates who are trying to hide from voters what they really believe.
When it comes to pandering, however, Hillary Clinton set the gold standard many years ago, but a certain somebody has been paying attention.
Fast forward to the 2026 Michigan Senate race, and we have the campaign of Democrat Socialist Abdul El-Sayed realizing that it has been taking black voters for granted.

El-Sayed has also tried to remind black voters that he's not like the "gas station Abdul" they might be used to. This is... something.
