Ric Grenell and Others Obliterate Gavin Newsom's Delusional 'Economic Growth and Prosperity' Brag

California Gov. Gavin Newsom is planning to run for the Democrat Party presidential nomination in 2028.

Newsom is trying to set up that run by lying about his record as governor while continuing to push a full "transition to clean energy" not unlike we've seen in the Left's Green New Deal proposals that would make energy costs skyrocket even higher.

That's not stopping Newsom from shoveling the usual BS:

California is PROOF that you don't have to sacrifice your economic future to transition to clean energy.

We’ve seen 40% GDP growth since 2019.

A reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by double digits.

No jurisdiction in America has grown faster than California.

Let's disabuse…

The only thing Newsom's policies have accomplished is to be in the running for Florida and Texas realtor of the year. Also we couldn't help but notice that Newsom's "clean energy" brag didn't include any mention of a high speed rail system being up and running.
