OUCH! Sen. Ted Cruz fixes Dan Rather's water-carrying spin on court blocking Biden admin's vaccine mandate

As we told you last night, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals blocked OSHA from enforcing a vaccine mandate for private employers with over 100 employees.

The mandate will stay blocked until the Court decides if a permanent injunction will be granted.
