'OOF'! The ratings are in for Biden's address to Congress (vs. Trump SOTU speeches)

President Biden’s speech last night was billed as an address to a joint session of Congress instead of the usual State of the Union. Whatever you want to call it, don’t call it a ratings bonanza:

JUST IN – Ratings are in: 11.6 million people watched Biden's speech last night. 48 million people watched Trump's first State Of The Union address. Trump's lowest was at 37 million.

Trump 2017: 48M
Trump 2018: 46M
Trump 2019: 46.8M
Trump 2020: 37.2M

Biden 2021: 11.6M
